The Tiger HD8 block machine is a European-standard Concrete block making machine, it is a high-performance automatic brick machine developed by Fujian Tiger Machinery Co., Ltd., specifically designed for the production of bricks according to European standards. It features an imported hydraulic proportional system for precise pressure control, ensuring energy efficiency; and is equipped with an intelligent PLC touchscreen for easy operation and real-time monitoring. Its advanced vibration technology shortens the molding cycle and improves density; and high-temperature heat-treated molds enhance wear resistance, ensuring long-term stable operation.
It supports the production of various brick types, including solid, hollow, and paving bricks, and can be seamlessly integrated with conveying and stacking systems, significantly reducing manual intervention. It is an ideal choice for large-scale brick factories.
