1. The block making machine can produce hollow bricks, solid bricks, and paving bricks by changing the molds. The molding method combines vibration and hydraulic pressure, resulting in high-strength and high-density bricks.
2. Concrete is forcibly fed into the mold by three shafts with blades, ensuring fast and even distribution. The vibration system uses oil-immersed lubrication for excellent lubrication.
3. The variable frequency vibration motor operates continuously, while other motors operate intermittently, resulting in greater energy efficiency.
4. The concrete feeding machine, pallet feeding machine, upper mold, and lower mold are all driven by a hydraulic system.
5. The molds are heat-treated and carburized, resulting in a longer service life.
