Gantry-type automatic concrete block cubing machine was specifically developed to address the problem of manual stacking of cured blocks in simple production lines, which involves high labor intensity but low production efficiency. Typically, this system is placed independently near the curing area to stack the cured blocks, but it can also be directly connected to the block production line for online stacking (automatic mode is recommended in this case): The system consists of an automatic block unloader, chain conveyor, block pusher, pallet collector, automatic turntable, stacking machine, and palletless conveyor.

This stacking system can separate and recombine different types of blocks to form the required square stacks, and automatically generate forklift access points as needed. After stacking is complete, the blocks are output via the chain conveyor and can be manually packaged or packaged using an automatic strapping machine.
